West African Diamonds is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Hendrik Nel, aged 69, as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

 

Paul Nel brings a wealth of African diamond mining experience to the West African Diamonds’ board.  His family mined diamonds in South Africa and Paul has discovered, developed and operated a number of diamond mines, both hard rock and alluvial.  In recent years, he has been active in Angola and West Africa.  He has been advisor and consultant to West African Diamonds for two years.  His focus will be development opportunities.   

 

Paul has the following share options: 

• 100,000 Ordinary Shares at 20p
• 500,000 Ordinary Shares at 3p
